tinues to support local young talent through the

France on May 19 where she will meet up with
her hair and makeup mentors.
The team of nine will spend 10 days tour-
ing through Europe providing makeup at high
profile global events including The Festival de
Cannes and Monaco Grand Prix.

to the detailed design phase after the
South Gippsland Shire Council en-
dorsed the masterplan last week.
The council has allocated signifi-
cant funds in its future budgets to de-
