2015, featuring both Cowes and
Wonthaggi students, the not-for-
profit Bass Coast Ballet School
is gearing up for another amazing
year of dance.
The school has a jam-packed
timetable in 2016 for their class-
es in Wonthaggi and Cowes, con-
tinuing its tradition of high level
dance training in multiple genres
and styles of dance.
Classes are available for chil-
dren from age two to school leav-
ers and adults and include dance
training in ballet (Checchetti syl-
labus), tap, jazz, contemporary

Wonthaggi Community Garden:
The volunteer group came in last
week to take stock after the heat
we have had recently.
Despite the lack of rain, most
of the plants were in pretty good

by a local farm, which was mixed
in with the compost and will give
the plants a good feed soon.
