back on its Annual Quality of Care Re-
port this year.
As an incentive, everyone who provid-

All responses received are collated and
help GSHS develop future reports that will
incorporate suggestions for improvement.
Last year GSHS only received three
completed feedback forms, this year
GSHS received 68 - a huge improvement!
The Quality of Care report is designed
to increase community awareness about
GSHS, and the approach GSHS take to-
ward the provision of high quality care
for all patients, clients, carers, residents
and their families.
The report demonstrates GSHS’s com-
mitment to the delivery of safe care and
includes commentary on the key qual-
ity improvement projects they have un-
dertaken together with stories from pa-
tients, consumers and staff to highlight
some of the quality improvement efforts
made during the year.
Whilst the competition has closed,
GSHS is still welcoming feedback on the
report which can be obtained at both the
Korumburra and Leongatha hospitals.
The report may also be viewed, and the
feedback form completed online at www.
